Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ – 2 PQE)
OverviewAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a highly regarded litigation team handling complex commercial and property disputes for a sophisticated client base.
The RoleYou will be involved in a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including:
Contractual disputes
Shareholder disputes
Professional negligence claims
Debt recovery matters
Property litigation
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
About You
Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 2 years’ PQE
Experience in commercial litigation or at least one litigation seat
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Commercially aware with a proactive approach
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
