An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed dental practice in a unique role designed around new patient growth and private conversion rather than heavy NHS target pressure.
This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, developing trust organically, and gradually growing a profitable private patient base within a supportive and well-structured environment.

Working Hours
- Thursday: 09:00 – 19:00
- Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
- Optional Saturdays: 09:00 – 13:00
Remuneration
- £13 per UDA
- 50% private split
- 50/50 lab fees
- Significant long-term private earning potential
Importantly, the NHS contract is being used strategically to help maintain steady diary flow while allowing the successful clinician to naturally build a strong private portfolio over time.

Essential:
- GDC-registered Dentist
- NHS Performer Number required
- Experience in General Dentistry
