We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business development, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

The role involves
You will be managing the full end-to-end recruitment process including business development to build and establish new professional relationships as well as proactive candidate resourcing viaLinkedIn, job boards, adverts and referrals. You will be required to use selling and negotiation skills on multiple levels from sourcing/feedback to offer stages.
What we require
- Desire to work within a sales environment and to targets/previous experience in sales or a target-based environment
- Complete fluency in English (spoken and written)
Additional fluency in Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Polish are welcomed but not required.
This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK.
Applicants must have independent, legal authorisation to live and work in the UK both now and in the future.
