How You’ll Make a Difference as a Room Leader

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.

What a Room Leader Needs

• At least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.

Kids Planet is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the well‑being of children and young people. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role. All staff must hold a Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate and will be subject to regular safeguarding training.
