The role is located at Bedford Road, Northampton and is part of the William Morgan Group, the long‑standing BMW Group representative.
Compensation
Basic salary £21k; OPE £54k, with a company car and benefits package.
Hours
5 days a week, Monday to Sunday.
Opening Hours
- Mon – Fri: 8:30 – 18:00
- Saturday: 9:00 – 17:00
- Sunday: 11:00 – 16:00
Role Summary
As a member of the retail sales team, you will work alongside BMW & MINI New vehicle sales colleagues, supported by a Business Management team, reporting to the Used Car Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales of Used BMW and MINI vehicles.
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting to complement enquiry levels from online and physical markets.
- Deliver the customer journey, with focus on converting opportunities into New vehicle sales.
- Foster a strong team ethic while meeting personal sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
A strong track record of success in retail automotive sales is a pre‑requisite.
