Strategic Chief Accountant & Public Sector Finance Lead

Cheshire Constabulary is looking for a Chief Accountant to manage financial governance and support the Chief Finance Officer. The candidate will lead financial strategy functions, represent the finance team, and ensure compliance with statutory accounts.

The ideal applicant will have a CCAB qualification with five years’ experience and excellent communication skills. This permanent, full-time role is based at Force Headquarters in Winsford and offers a salary range of £65,040 – £69,114 per annum.
