This is a highly visible initiative within a fast‑moving, consumer‑facing enterprise environment.

Position Summary

We are hiring a Contract Project Manager to lead a Salesforce Sales Cloud & Data Cloud implementation as part of a critical enterprise modernization program.

This engagement will run for approximately 6 months and will be responsible for full end‑to‑end delivery – from project kickoff through go‑live and post‑launch stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Own full lifecycle delivery of a Salesforce Sales Cloud & Data Cloud implementation
  • Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
  • Coordinate closely with external Salesforce implementation partners, developers, integration teams, and data engineers
  • Ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and cross‑team dependencies

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business leadership and delivery partners
  • Facilitate governance forums, status meetings, and executive‑level reporting
  • Manage third‑party system integrators to ensure contractual and delivery obligations are met

Governance & Change

  • Establish and enforce project governance, change control, and escalation frameworks
  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
  • Partner with business teams on change management, communications, training, and user adoption

Reporting & Documentation

  • Produce clear and accurate status reporting, including RAID, milestones, financials, and mitigation plans
  • Maintain delivery documentation including schedules, decision logs, and delivery artefacts

Knowledge & Experience

  • 7+ years of enterprise project management experience
  • Proven delivery of multiple Salesforce implementations
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Data Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and enterprise data platforms
  • Experience working with system integrators, vendors, and cross‑functional internal teams
  • Comfortable operating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
  • Able to assess technical risk and delivery dependencies without being a hands‑on developer
