Role

Salaried General Practitioner – 4 sessions per week.

• Monday and Wednesday full day
• Wednesday and Friday full day
• Monday and Friday full day

Summary of Practice

• Practice serves a small but expanding town and rural population, located two and a half miles south of the Edinburgh city boundary, with an easy commute to Edinburgh and East Lothian.
• Team consists of 3 GP partners, 2 salaried GPs, 2 practice nurses and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
• Clinical systems: EMIS, Docman.
• Additional staff: attached MSK physiotherapist, CTAC staff, undergraduate teaching.
• High Enhanced Services achievement.
• List size approximately 5,500 patients.

Additional Information

• All clinicians meet at 11:30 am each day for coffee and the allocation of home visits and support.
• Study leave (pro‑ratio) and indemnity cover are provided.
