Robert Half is partnering with a global renewable energy organisation in search for a HR Operations Manager to join their team in London.

The role:
HR Operations Manager to support the Head of HR in building and managing a global HR operations function within a fast-growing renewable energy business.
The role combines:
- UK payroll and benefits management
- global HR operations oversight
- policy and process governance
- vendor management
- support for international HRBPs
This is a hands-on role in a lean, scale-up environment backed by a large global energy group.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage global HR operations
- Oversee UK payroll and benefits administration
- Manage HR vendors, suppliers, and external advisors
- Support and guide regional HRBPs on policy and best practice
- Manage global mobility and secondee processes
- Lead policy reviews and process improvement initiatives
- Support organisational change and international expansion
- Run RFPs and selection processes for HR operational suppliers
- Process HR-related invoicing
- Help build a “best-in-class” HR function alongside the Head of HR
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ HR operations experience
- Strong UK payroll, benefits, and compliance knowledge
- International HR exposure across multiple regions
- Experience managing external vendors/providers
- Understanding of global mobility and compliance
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel capability
