Residential Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) | City of London

Greymore is looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing team with the addition of an experienced Residential Property Solicitor for our City of London office.

This role is ideally suited to a confident and commercially minded solicitor with strong experience in residential conveyancing, with an experience in new build transactions, who is capable of independently managing matters from instruction through to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
• Handling transactions from file opening through to completion and post-completion matters
• Advising clients on residential property transactions, with a particular focus on new build developments
• Liaising with developers, agents, lenders, and third parties throughout the transaction process
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance requirements
• Delivering a high standard of client care and commercial service

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Minimum 5 years’ PQE
• Strong experience handling new build property matters
• Ability to manage files independently without senior supervision
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
