  • Strong understanding of large corporate, mid‑corporate and SME marketplaces, particularly in the London and wider UK context.
  • Demonstrable track record of leading leaders and teams in a consulting or client‑facing environment, including performance management, coaching and talent development.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with experience of P&L ownership or significant revenue and margin responsibility.
  • Highly effective influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across organisational levels and collaborate across business lines.
  • Enthusiastic, inclusive leader with exemplary relationship‑building skills, capable of articulating a compelling vision and leading change with credibility.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical and numerical skills, applied to both client and business performance challenges.
  • Self‑disciplined and organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Deep commitment to Aon’s values, with a track record of building diverse, inclusive teams and a strong, positive culture.
  • Good knowledge of FCA requirements and standards, and a strong personal commitment to doing the right thing for clients and for Aon.
