Recruitment Consultant – Office / Project Support (Hot Desk)

Most recruitment roles say the same thing. Great desk, loads of earning potential, strong culture. Reality is usually very different. This one is genuinely set up to bill. We’ve got a busy Office / Project Support desk working with design & build fit-out companies across London. These are the people who keep projects running behind the scenes, document controllers, project admins, H&S, information managers. It’s a market where clients actually need help, and candidates are constantly moving. There are already live roles on and candidates ready to go. You are not starting from scratch. You will report directly into one of our MDs, with proper 1:1 time focused on getting you to £200k+ billing. Not generic training, actual support on your deals, your clients, your approach. We also have a proven track record of building £200k+ billers, so you are not guessing what good looks like here.
What we’re looking for
- 1–5 years recruitment experience
- Someone who wants to earn properly and back themselves
- You take responsibility, no blaming the market when things are slow
- You want to be part of a tight team, not sit in your own lane
