A creative and fast-thinking motion designer to help us make first-class content for our clients. Our company is growing, and we’re looking for someone to help strengthen our delivery to high-profile sports and broadcast clients.

The right person will have:

  • A strong interest in video, sports & childrens content
  • Expertise using After Effects & other elements of Adobe CC
  • Experience in short-form & fast-turnaround content
  • Brilliant creative & storytelling ideas
  • Great technical knowledge
  • Top organisation & communication skills
  • Passion to learn & develop
  • Flexibility to work on and around live event schedules

You’ll receive plenty of direction and feedback, but will need to be able to manage your own time and problem-solve around creative and technical challenges as they arise.

We have a hybrid working model, with time every week spent in our office in New Mills. As we work on live events there will be times when evening/weekend work and travelling away from home will be required, but we’ll always seek to give you the best opportunities to grow and develop your skills and encourage a healthy work/life balance.

We want a member of staff who’s committed to becoming a core part of what we do as a company.
