Interim Senior HR Business Partner | Group Transformation | Manufacturing
We’re supporting a global manufacturing business on an urgent transformation programme and are looking for a high calibre Interim Senior HR Business Partner to lead organisational redesign activity across multiple group functions.
This is a critical interim assignment for someone who has delivered large-scale operating model transformation within complex manufacturing environments and can quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders.
The Assignment
Working across the UK, Europe and North America, you’ll support a major group transformation programme spanning IT, Finance, Operations and HR.
The focus is on organisational redesign and implementation — redefining roles and responsibilities, mapping current talent into future-state structures, and constructively challenging leaders on organisation design decisions.
This is a hands-on interim role requiring pace, pragmatism and resilience. The environment is operational, fast-moving and commercially driven, so previous manufacturing experience is essential.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as an Interim Senior HR Business Partner within transformation/change programmes
- Significant experience delivering operating model redesign across group functions
- Strong manufacturing sector background essential
- Expertise in:
- Organisation design
- Structural redesign
- Role clarity and accountability mapping
- Talent/workforce mapping
- Senior stakeholder engagement and challenge
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments
- Able to balance strategic input with hands-on execution
Contract Details
- Initial 6-month interim assignment
- Outside IR35
- Day rate dependant on experience
- UK or Europe base preferred
- International travel required across UK, Europe and North America
