Multi-site Air Conditioning Engineer

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum plus package.

We are a leading hard-services contractor specialising in air-conditioning service and maintenance for mobile and multi-residential sites. The Engineer will cover preventive maintenance and reactive breakdowns on VRV, VRF, split, DX systems and chillers across three sites in South East London. A van is provided and call-out pay of £135 per hour, minimum 3 hours, is included.

Responsibilities

• Service VRV, VRF, split, and DX systems as well as chillers.
• Perform fault finding and resolve reactive breakdowns.
• Cover three sites in South East London.
• Receive call-out pay of £135 per hour.

Requirements

• Category 1 F-gas certification.
• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to commute to South East London.
