Lead Software Developer

Up to £75k (DOE)

Remote biased hybrid (2-4 days a month onsite)

You’ll work across a mix of existing PHP codebases (including Laravel) and newer builds, staying hands-on while leading and supporting other developers and acting as the technical point of contact in client discussions.

Skills and experience

• Strong PHP experience, including Laravel and existing codebases
• Experience building and maintaining web applications
• Team leadership or management experience
• Experience mentoring developers and reviewing code
• Confident communicating with clients or stakeholders
• Able to work across multiple systems or projects simultaneously
• Suitable candidates may currently be working as a Lead Developer, Technical Lead, Software Development Manager, Development Team Leader, or Senior Developer with leadership responsibility
