AI Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions across enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI architecture, design and end-to-end implementation across projects.
• Develop, optimize and deploy AI models using Python and cloud-based AI services.
• Integrate video analytics and AI-based video processing capabilities into solutions.
• Ensure AI systems meet scalability, performance, reliability, and security standards.
• Design and implement AI solutions on Azure and other cloud platforms; support edge AI deployment strategies; apply DevOps practices to streamline AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate AI opportunities, gather requirements, review specifications with Business Analysts, and ensure designs align with architecture principles and standards.
• Participate in peer reviews to improve solution quality, maintain best practices and ensure compliance with technical standards, security policies and project guidelines.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools and industry trends, and contribute to strategic thinking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 4+ years of hands‑on experience in AI development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AI and cloud services.
• Experience with machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with video analytics and AI‑based video processing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices in AI or data projects.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP).
