We’re working with a leading Microsoft Innovation Partner specialising in AI-driven digital transformation across the Microsoft ecosystem. Their expertise spans Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot adoption—helping enterprise organisations modernise customer engagement, unify data, and deliver intelligent, connected experiences.
This is a senior architecture role focused on designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, with a strong emphasis on scalability, integration, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping CRM strategy, defining solution architecture, and ensuring seamless alignment across the wider Microsoft stack—including Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Copilot.
The role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, presales shaping, and client-facing advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and related customer engagement workloads)
- Define end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-proof CRM solutions
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture/design authority engagements
- Design integration strategies across enterprise systems, data platforms, and external applications
- Support AI and Copilot-driven transformation within customer engagement processes
- Ensure strong governance, security, and compliance alignment (Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Zero Trust)
- Provide technical leadership across presales solution shaping and delivery assurance
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality implementation
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and transformation leaders
- Drive measurable business outcomes such as improved customer experience, automation, and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service)
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder)
- Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM solutions and integrations
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud architecture (Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, security)
- Experience with AI/Copilot-driven transformation initiatives (desirable)
- Proven consulting and client-facing experience, including workshops and presales engagement
- Ability to translate technical architecture into clear business value and outcomes
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments preferred
Desirable
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, or Azure
- Experience with data architecture, Dataverse, and integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture)
- Exposure to omnichannel, customer data platforms, or marketing automation
- Experience delivering large-scale CRM transformation programmes
