Electrical Project Manager

Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE + Package

Location: Hampshire

Hill McGlynn is working in partnership with a leading electrical contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee specialist projects across Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established contractor delivering generator installations within live data centre environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from pre‑construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing electrical projects across multiple sites throughout Hampshire
• Overseeing generator installation projects within data centres
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activities
• Managing project programmes, budgets, and client expectations
• Ensuring health & safety compliance across all projects
• Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
• Strong background delivering electrical projects
• Previous experience working within data centres or critical environments is advantageous
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to projects throughout Hampshire
• Full UK driving licence
