Position Overview

Our organisation is seeking a high-calibre, strategic leader to fill the role of Global Account Operations Manager. In this confidential, senior-level position, you will be embedded directly within a major client organisation, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and providing an overarching strategic direction for their global operations.

You will oversee client service, problem resolution, and service enhancement, ensuring the seamless execution of physical and technical security solutions across multiple geographically dispersed sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Act as the embedded strategic resource and SPOC for the client, driving service delivery and maximum resource utilisation.
  • Operations & Compliance: Manage global security services and teams, ensuring strict compliance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Works (SOW).
  • System & Process Oversight: Serve as the global representative for critical system processes, including access control administration, restricted clearance audits, and cyclical recertification reviews.
  • Project & Training Management: Direct and conduct specialised project work as requested; design and deliver comprehensive training programs for security officers.
  • Financial & Stakeholder Management: Manage the invoicing process, synthesize financial/business data to develop solutions, and prepare/present high-level Business Reviews for client leadership.
  • Cross-Site Liaison: Act as the primary liaison with branch management across all deployed global sites.

Required Competencies & Skills

  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of security operations, physical/technical security solutions, loss prevention, investigations, and systems integration.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of client security and business systems, including Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS) and CCTV.
  • Global Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-site operations across a wide geographic area, navigate diverse cultures, and facilitate progressive change.
  • Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of business operations, HR administration, and the ability to analyse and present complex business/financial data.
  • Communication & Composure: Exceptional communication skills with a strong service delivery focus. Must maintain composure under pressure and during urgent situations involving executives, authorities, and the public.

Qualifications & Education

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in security management, the security industry, and/or business management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Certifications: Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) designations are highly desirable.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel globally as required.
  • Background: Successful passage of a comprehensive background check, references, and selection surveys.
