Are you an experienced ER professional looking to step into a more strategic, business-facing role within the education sector?

We’re working with a growing education and care organisation seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to support leaders across a multi-site, regulated environment.

The role:

You’ll partner with stakeholders across schools and services, leading on complex ER casework, coaching managers, and using people data to improve engagement, retention, and performance.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Employee Relations experience (complex cases essential)
• Background in education or a regulated environment
• Confident working with senior stakeholders across multiple sites
• Solid employment law knowledge
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
