We are partnering with a fast paced, evolving organisation to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to support corporate functions division.
This is a high impact role for an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives in transformation environments and enjoys operating where pace, ambiguity and change are the norm.
A key focus of the position will be supporting a significant organisational design programme, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape the future structure and capability of the business.
This role offers regular exposure to Executive level stakeholders, partnering closely with ExCo direct reports and operating within a highly visible, strategically important space.
The Role
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will work across a broad change agenda with a particular focus on organisation design, transformation and strategic partnering.
You will support leaders through change, navigate ambiguity and provide commercially focused people solutions within a fast moving environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting organisational design and transformation initiatives across corporate functions
- Partnering with ExCo direct reports and senior stakeholders to drive people strategy and change activity
- Supporting leaders through periods of transformation, growth and evolving business priorities
- Influencing and challenging stakeholders to deliver effective people outcomes
- Supporting workforce planning, capability and structural change initiatives
- Building strong relationships across senior leadership teams and operating effectively within complex stakeholder environments
- Driving change whilst balancing pace, competing priorities and evolving business needs
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded HR leader with strong change capability and experience operating in fast-paced, evolving organisations.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner within complex, matrix environments
- Strong experience leading or supporting organisational design and transformation programmes
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, with exposure to Executive level stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills
- High resilience and the ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and change
- A polished, credible and politically aware approach with excellent communication skills
- Adaptability and the ability to navigate shifting priorities and challenges
- A solutions focused mindset with comfort working outside of process and “black and white” environments
- Collaborative style and a pragmatic approach to partnership
