Job Description:

We are delighted to be partnering with a highly progressive and rapidly growing manufacturing organisation to support the appointment of an experienced HR Business Partner.

This is a newly introduced role within the business, created as part of continued expansion and investment across the operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting leadership teams, driving people initiatives and helping shape a positive, high-performing working environment.

This opportunity would suit an energetic and commercially aware HR professional who enjoys operating within fast-moving environments and building strong relationships across all levels of a business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to operational leadership teams on all people-related matters
  • Support managers with employee relations cases including absence, performance, conduct and grievances
  • Drive engagement, retention and organisational culture initiatives across the business
  • Partner with leaders to support succession planning and long-term capability development
  • Contribute to business change projects, restructures and continuous improvement activity
  • Analyse HR trends and workforce data to support decision making and planning
  • Support recruitment activity and talent attraction strategies across multiple functions
  • Promote wellbeing, inclusion and positive employee experience initiatives
  • Ensure HR processes and practices remain compliant and aligned with current legislation

About You

  • Previous experience operating in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor position within a manufacturing or fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confident managing a broad range of employee relations matters
  • Comfortable influencing and building relationships with stakeholders across all levels
  • Experience supporting change, growth or transformation activity
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
  • Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
