  • Defining scopes of work, deliverables, timelines and quality standards.
  • Leading contractor performance across multiple venues.

Budget & Logistics

  • Coordinating logistics, storage, maintenance and inventory of overlay materials.
  • Producing detailed installation plans for use by UK & Ireland and UEFA venue teams.
  • Reconciling supplier invoices and managing delivery within agreed budgets.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience planning and delivering overlay for major events or complex, multi‑site programmes.
  • A strong understanding of temporary facilities and infrastructure requirements.
  • Experience leading contractors and suppliers across multiple locations.
  • Strong project management, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Confidence working with budgets, suppliers and delivery schedules.
