The Role

As a back-end developer, you’ll play a key role in an exciting project, working closely with product and business leads to develop technical solutions. Your expertise will help drive the team forward, and your input will directly affect the success of the programme. Even as a temporary member, you’ll have a chance to influence technical direction and share your knowledge.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong skills in Java and design patterns that ensure software resilience
  • Experience with serverless frameworks and cloud technologies (especially AWS)
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and querying techniques
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining microservices architectures
  • Experience with Agile development processes and software testing best practices
  • Comfort working independently, resolving ambiguity, and finding practical technical solutions
  • Experience in a startup environment
