Mobile Powered Access Engineer (CAP Qualified)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + van (personal use) + unlimited overtime + training + progression

Established in 2021, this rapidly growing company specialises in the hire and maintenance of powered access equipment across the UK. With a fleet of over 1,000 machines and a turnover of approximately £25 million, it works with clients across the construction, industrial, and facilities management sectors while expanding through new depots nationwide.
In this role you will carry out servicing, maintenance, inspection, and testing on a wide range of powered access equipment. You will complete both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs, working across customer sites throughout the Home Counties region.
The Role
- Service, maintain, inspect and test a range of powered access equipment
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs (50/50)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults
The Person
- Proven experience as a Powered Access Engineer or similar role
- CAP licence or on the way to licence
- Mechanical and electrical background
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the Home Counties
