The Role:

As a Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting letters, court documents, and settlement agreements.
  • Conducting thorough legal and factual research, including case law analysis.
  • Supporting senior team members on complex or high-value disputes.
  • Managing your own caseload and achieving results for clients while meeting budgetary targets.
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide a seamless client experience.
  • Contributing to the achievement of personal and departmental KPIs.

The Person:

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual who meets the following criteria:

  • Qualified Solicitor: Newly Qualified to 2 years’ PQE.
  • Litigation Experience: Demonstrable experience in handling litigation matters.
  • Skills: Strong research and writing skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage competing deadlines effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in IT systems, including document and data management tools.
  • Team Player: A collaborative approach with a positive and proactive attitude.
