About Us

Binary Capital is an independent DFM/MPS provider partnering exclusively with Independent Financial Advisers.

Established in 2018, we were built on a simple belief: advisers deserve an investment partner that combines long‑term thinking, high‑conviction investment management and exceptional service.

We are a growing business with an entrepreneurial culture, a flat hierarchy and a strong emphasis on ownership, collaboration and commercial thinking. As we continue to expand our adviser partnerships and market presence, we are now looking for our first dedicated marketing hire to help shape the next stage of our growth.

The Role

This is the first dedicated marketing role at Binary Capital. The function is still in its early stages and represents a genuine blank canvas – ready to be shaped and executed by someone who wants to operate independently and put their own stamp on the business.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership, with a high level of trust and autonomy from day one, and the freedom to bring your own ideas, creativity and perspective to how Binary Capital shows up in the market.

The initial focus of the role will be adviser engagement, brand growth and event‑led marketing – helping increase the quality and reach of our conferences, webinars and broader market presence. Over time, the role will expand into wider marketing initiatives, including inbound lead generation, marketing technology and campaign development. Success will be measured on the effectiveness and impact of these activities, not simply their delivery.

This is a hands‑on role with significant responsibility from the outset. As the first marketing hire, you will initially operate as a standalone function, working closely with senior leadership and external partners across both strategy and execution. That means being comfortable managing a broad range of activities – from planning campaigns and coordinating events to creating content and improving marketing processes.

In return, this is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up within an established and well‑respected investment business, with a clear pathway into a more senior marketing role as the function expands over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Binary Capital’s marketing strategy.
  • Manage day‑to‑day marketing activity across content, social media, events and campaigns.
  • Coordinate conferences, webinars, roadshows and adviser events.
  • Create marketing content including social posts, presentations, brochures, email campaigns and website updates.
  • Help grow Binary Capital’s digital presence and adviser engagement.
  • Support the rollout and ongoing use of marketing technology and CRM systems.
  • Track marketing activity, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers and suppliers.
  • Represent the business professionally at events and client meetings.
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand presence, communication and business growth.

Experience and Skills

  • More than 2 years’ marketing experience, ideally within financial services or professional services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable across social media, content, events and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Confident in representing the business with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Genuine interest in investments, financial markets and business growth.

What We Offer

  • £35,000–£45,000 salary depending on experience.
  • Performance‑linked bonus scheme.
  • Hybrid working model.
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and business strategy.
  • High levels of ownership and autonomy.
  • Clear long‑term progression opportunities.
  • Pension scheme.
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
