Head of Legal – UK / HarKaye Core Talent
Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking for a role that combines challenging work with true work-life balance?
The position is primarily based on remote working, with attendance at the office required on an ad hoc basis, subject to discussion and agreement

You must be an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, including complex and high-value claims
- Represent clients effectively and in line with the firm’s standards and values
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Clinical Negligence department
- Conduct local business development and secure referrals
- Engage in marketing initiatives, including website content and client outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with established referral partners
- Maintain accurate case records using the firm’s case management system
- Adhere to firm procedures and compliance requirements, including diary management
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including Money Laundering and Data Protection
