Remote Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer

South West Community Chaplaincy is looking for a passionate Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer to support EDI initiatives within the organization. This home-based role is part-time, requiring 18.75 hours per week, with flexibility across three days.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in delivering EDI initiatives, and a commitment to promoting antiracism. The position includes developing valuable resources to enhance inclusion, as well as assisting the Witness Service in various key initiatives.
