We now have an opportunity for a Pre-Construction Director to lead one of our regional pods, owning the P&L, the client relationships, and the team that makes our pre-construction function work.
This is a new pod that will be based on large scale work in the West Midlands, this will require a degree of flexibility in the short term as we ramp up the work in the area.

- Own the GP and revenue targets for your regional pod, managing performance against monthly forecasts with precision
- Act as Harmony’s most senior pre-construction presence in your region, visible to clients, credible in negotiations, and the face of our capability in the market
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of estimators, surveyors, and pre-construction managers
- Drive bid strategy and conversion across a high-volume pipeline of passive fire and building fabric opportunities
- Work closely with the delivery function to ensure a clean, accurate handover on every project won

- Contribute to wider business strategy as part of the pre-construction leadership group

- A natural leader who builds high-performing teams and manages performance directly
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to operate credibly at senior levels
