The team is recognised for its exceptional expertise and market-leading approach, providing support to a diverse client base that includes national housebuilders, regional developers, land promoters, registered providers of affordable housing, and PRS investors.
Key Responsibilities
Leading high-value residential and mixed-use development projects, including land acquisitions, option and promotion agreements, forward funding agreements, and strategic land projects.Building and sustaining strong client relationships across the Living Sector, including housebuilding, build-to-rent, strategic land, and affordable housing.Supporting the strategic vision for business growth while maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.Driving innovation and process improvements to enhance client service delivery.About You
We’re seeking an experienced legal professional with a proven track record in residential development. To succeed in this role, you will need:
A residential property expert with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in residential and mixed-use development.Extensive knowledge of the UK Living Sector and the ability to build and sustain a thriving practice.A strong understanding of the priorities and challenges facing clients in this sector.Leadership skills, including the ability to coach and mentor team members effectively.A commercial mindset and an innovative approach to problem-solving.An established external profile as a leader in residential development law.Why Join?
