We are looking for a Network Intelligence Lead to join the Asset Strategy team. The successful candidate will take a lead role in data architecture, capture, storage, analysis, and interpretation of all highways‑related data, providing robust network intelligence to support strategic thinking and investment in the Highway Network. This role reports to the Functional Lead for Asset Strategy and provides the strategic evidence to support the Network Intelligence Centre. It is pivotal in maintaining the Local Street Gazetteer, maintaining network hierarchies, and developing systematic reporting of highway data.
