Steadman Hub have partnered exclusively with a major player in the b2b tech space who are a software solution provider across number of sectors from manufacturing, healthcare, and security. As they look to scale their operation over the coming years, they are seeking a HubSpot specialist to join the organisation to lead the ongoing optimisation of HubSpot moving forward.
As a HubSpot CRM Manager, you will own the full end-to-end CRM process from working cross functionally with wider business teams to understand pain points, technical bottlenecks, and further CRM requirements to building solutions on HubSpot and training internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full HubSpot process, managing their Sales, Service, and Marketing Hub instance
- Build and configure HubSpot workflows, automations, pipelines, and custom properties to maximise business impact
- Integrate HubSpot into their wider tech stack, ensuring optimal data flow between platforms
- Continually support business teams on their CRM needs to ensure continuous improvement on HubSpot
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience managing HubSpot CRM and optimising is non-negotiable
- Ability to configure and implement properties and automation in Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Integration knowledge is a big plus
