Deputise for line management Complete regular asset, van stock, PPE, Uniform and vehicle inspections including audits Managing a team of engineers and multi skilled operatives, completing regular toolbox talks, Support in the field and back office with end-to-end processes Experience managing technical or multi-trade teams in a repairs/maintenance or social housing setting Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and commercial contract delivery A gas background with technical knowledge of the gas industry, including relevant legislation, standards and regulatory requirements Excellent leadership and people management skills Confident using IT systems SMSTS or IOSH (desirable) Full UK driving license A proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach We’re a diverse, supportive team with a focus on personal development, wellbeing, and making a real difference in the communities we serve.
