About the Role
You will play a key role within the real estate finance team, handling a varied caseload of transactions and working closely with experienced senior lawyers. The position offers a strong mix of autonomy and mentorship, enabling you to take ownership of matters while continuing to develop your technical and commercial skills.
This is an ideal opportunity for an Associate Solicitor looking to deepen their experience in property finance while positioning themselves for progression to Senior Associate level.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of real estate finance matters
- Acting for lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions
- Advising on acquisitions, refinancing, and development finance
- Supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters
- Building strong and lasting client relationships
- Contributing to business development activity
- Assisting with the mentoring of junior team members where appropriate
Remuneration & Structure
- Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 depending on experience
- Transparent billing expectations (circa 3x salary)

Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with around 4+ PQE (flexible for strong candidates)

- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Ambitious, driven, and keen to develop within a growing team
