Senior Recruitment Consultant

Connect 4 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team and build and grow their own desk within our specialist divisions.

This is an opportunity for a driven 360 consultant to take full ownership of their market—developing client relationships, generating new business, and building a strong pipeline within a supportive and high-performing environment.

You will have the opportunity to operate across our Logistics, Automotive, or Aviation divisions, depending on your strengths and interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client base through proactive business development
• Build and manage long‑term client relationships
• Source, interview, and place candidates into relevant roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through to placement
• Build and maintain a strong candidate and/or contractor pipeline
• Deliver a high level of service to both clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (sector not essential)
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Ability to build and grow a desk from the ground up
• Self‑motivated, driven, and commercially focused
• Confident working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
