Talentmark are seeking experienced Medical Affairs professionals for a highly collaborative, hybrid field and office-based role. Highly competitive and dependent on experience. Multiple positions are available across different levels of seniority.

Location:

London and South East (hybrid, approximately 50% field-based)

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to medical affairs strategy and tactical planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external experts and key stakeholders
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant medical education to healthcare professionals
  • Gather, analyse, and translate field insights into actionable plans
  • Lead cross-functional medical projects aligned to business and patient needs
  • Support the planning and delivery of symposia and medical events

Candidate profile:

  • Relevant scientific or medical academic background
  • Proven experience within Medical Affairs, with a strong focus on external engagement
  • Previous roles may include Medical Science Liaison, Regional Medical Advisor, Medical Advisor, or Medical Manager
  • Strong understanding of ABPI Code of Practice, compliance, and the NHS landscape
  • High energy, proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives without formal line management responsibility
