Location:
London and South East (hybrid, approximately 50% field-based)
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to medical affairs strategy and tactical planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external experts and key stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality, compliant medical education to healthcare professionals
- Gather, analyse, and translate field insights into actionable plans
- Lead cross-functional medical projects aligned to business and patient needs
- Support the planning and delivery of symposia and medical events
Candidate profile:
- Relevant scientific or medical academic background
- Proven experience within Medical Affairs, with a strong focus on external engagement
- Previous roles may include Medical Science Liaison, Regional Medical Advisor, Medical Advisor, or Medical Manager
- Strong understanding of ABPI Code of Practice, compliance, and the NHS landscape
- High energy, proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives without formal line management responsibility
