A leading West End law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing and highly regarded Real Estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to work on high-quality commercial property matters for a prestigious and diverse client base, within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
The Role
You will advise a broad range of property clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
- Development projects and site assembly
- Property management issues
- Real estate finance and complex structuring matters
- Investment transactions and portfolio management
The firm acts for an impressive range of clients including:
- Professional property companies
- Sovereign wealth funds
- Private equity investors
- Banks and financial institutions
- High-net-worth individuals
- Developers, lenders, borrowers and occupiers
The team has a particular strength in the leisure and retail sectors and advises longstanding hotel and restaurant clients, ranging from boutique operators to global brands.
Work includes advising on:
- Hotel and restaurant developments
- Pre-let agreements
- Operating agreements
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Grants of leases
- Roll-out programmes for large restaurant chains
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Have solid experience in commercial property / real estate matters
- Demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Be confident managing client relationships and running transactions
- Possess excellent communication and drafting skills
- Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
