This role will suit someone who is energised by pace, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering at a consistently high standard. Exposure to international financial services is essential, ideally gained within a boutique or start-up setting where adaptability and ownership are key.

The Role

You will play a central role in supporting the investment team, working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as a highly trusted point of coordination.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Complex, dynamic calendar management, staying ahead of conflicts and proactively resolving scheduling and logistical challenges
  • Coordinating and preparing for meetings, calls and VCs across multiple time zones
  • Planning and executing all international travel, including visas, ground transport and accommodation
  • Managing multi-currency expenses in line with company policy
  • Supporting the smooth running of the office, including supplies, meeting room set-up and catering
  • Providing seamless back-up support to other EAs within the team
  • Taking ownership of additional projects as required to support the wider business

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record managing multiple, complex diaries for senior professionals
  • Experience within financial or professional services is essential
  • Highly proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to operate with pace and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A flexible, hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership wherever needed
  • Degree-level education preferred
