Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance process safety across a complex manufacturing operation
- Conduct risk assessments, HAZOP/LOPA studies, and safety audits
- Support regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to COMAH and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen site safety performance
- Provide expert guidance to engineers, operations, and leadership teams
About You
- Strong background in Process Safety Engineering within manufacturing, chemicals, COMAH, or related industries
- Experience with safety systems, risk analysis, and process safety management
- Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams
- Passionate about maintaining and improving safe working environments
