The RoleAs a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of projects handed over from our Commercial team—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You’ll act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, coordinating across departments including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Commercial to ensure seamless project delivery.• Manage multiple projects from handover through to completion• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification• Maximise project value by identifying and securing variations and additional work• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards• Track project performance, reporting on progress, risks, and financials• Coordinate with Engineering and production teams to meet delivery timelines• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and debtor status, escalating concerns where needed• Prepare and manage project documentation, including BOMs, trackers, and reports• Lead and contribute to regular project meetings and reviews• Support and guide junior team members where required

The Candidate• Eligibility to work in the UK – no sponsorship will be offered• Must be able to commute to work using own vehicle – rural site.• Highly organised and commercially aware with strong attention to detail• Experienced in project management within manufacturing or automotive environments• Confident working with technical data, drawings, and BOMs• A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting• Proactive in identifying risks, opportunities, and efficiencies• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams

Skills & Experience• Experience in manufacturing, composites, or automotive sectors• Proven ability to deliver projects successfully against targets• Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)• Ability to interpret technical data (CAD knowledge advantageous)• Full UK driving licence• Experience across sales, estimating, or business development is beneficial• Flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally• Availability outside core hours when required at key project stages• Strong handover practices to ensure continuity during absence
