Recruitment Specialist | 9‑month FTC | Hybrid (Northampton / remote)
Our client is a growing, purpose‑driven organisation looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to strengthen their in‑house HR team during a busy period of change and growth.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys owning recruitment end‑to‑end, partnering closely with hiring managers, and keeping hiring moving at pace without losing rigour or care.
You’ll manage recruitment across a wide range of roles, take day‑to‑day ownership of the ATS, support direct hiring strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business.
Hybrid working (one day per week in Northampton), circa £32k salary + benefits with flexibility for the right person, and a supportive, pragmatic HR team.
Ideal for someone with a couple of years’ recruitment experience (in‑house or agency) who can hit the ground running. You will be immediately available.
