Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Disclosure professional to work closely with our legal teams across multiple offices, delivering high-quality technology solutions throughout the lifecycle of complex litigation matters.

Our Firm

Squire Patton Boggs is one of the world’s strongest integrated law firms, committed to providing insight at the point where law, business and government meet. We deliver commercially focused business solutions to a diverse mix of clients, from long-established leading corporations to emerging businesses, start‑up visionaries and sovereign nations. With over 1,500 lawyers spanning more than 40 offices across four continents, the firm is renowned for its local connections and global influence, delivering comprehensive legal services across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. In the UK, we have offices in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and London. The firm is committed to promoting a collaborative and supportive working environment, offering flexible working options to support individuals’ life journeys.

Team

In our Litigation Support team, the role reports to the Director of Litigation Support Services and acts as a liaison between the firm’s Technology department and our lawyers, support staff, and clients.

Opportunity

The role involves managing the full range of e‑discovery activities — from data preservation and collection through processing, review, and production — while acting as a key liaison between case teams, clients, and external vendors. You will play a hands‑on role in shaping project scope, timelines, and budgets, advising on best‑practice approaches, and ensuring matters are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

This role requires deep technical expertise in litigation support technologies, including Relativity Server/RelativityOne, AI‑enabled review tools, as well as trial and bundle preparation platforms. You will provide ongoing application support, troubleshoot user issues, maintain and enhance practice technology, and help drive effective adoption of new tools across the firm.

The role can be based out of any of our Birmingham, Leeds, or Manchester offices. Periodic travel to our London office may be required.

Qualifications

You will have demonstrable experience in a law firm litigation environment, with a strong understanding of e‑discovery workflows and document review strategies. You will have a client‑focused mindset, with the confidence to support demanding, time‑critical matters.

We welcome applications regardless of age, neurodiversity, disability, family or parental status, race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or gender identity and expression or other legally protected characteristics. We will make reasonable adjustments and adaptations to our recruitment process to ensure it is inclusive for anyone who wishes to apply.
