Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Kearsley, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Product Owner for Support Center products, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. You will define the vision and strategy for assigned support center products, translate business needs into functional requirements, and prioritize product backlogs. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, continuously evaluate product performance, and implement enhancements to meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and end users. Additionally, you will ensure alignment between technology and business strategies, driving the delivery of valuable support center tools.

Qualifications

  • Product Management: Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, strategic planning, and defining product roadmaps.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Effective stakeholder management, ability to gather requirements, and excellent communication skills to promote project alignment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and the ability to work with development teams effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and utilizing insights to drive product decisions and improvements.
  • Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results on time.
  • Problem‑Solving Skills: Creativity and critical thinking to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with the dental industry or healthcare technologies is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
