In-house Lawyer | Investment Manager

Overview

We have been exclusively instructed by a leading UK investment manager who are looking to hire a general corporate lawyer to report directly into the General Counsel. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of the business, taking on high-profile internal (often international) projects alongside a broad mix of corporate and commercial work. Youll have real visibility with senior stakeholders and play a key role in the firm s continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide general corporate and commercial legal support, reporting to the General Counsel.
• Manage high-profile internal projects (often international) and work with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• UK qualified, with 4+ years corporate experience (law firm or in-house).
• Strong technical skills, able to work autonomously.
• Reliable, detail-focused, and confident engaging at a senior level.

Location

Hybrid role based in Manchester or London (2 days per week in the office).
