What the role involves…

You’ll manage your own varied caseload of complex, high-value employment matters – from multi-claimant and discrimination cases to TUPE and beyond. With the autonomy to run cases end-to-end, you’ll also represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and play a key role in delivering exceptional results.

This isn’t just about legal work. You’ll be a trusted adviser, a mentor to junior colleagues, and an influential voice within the team – helping to build capability, strengthen relationships, and drive success.

You’ll be part of a purpose‑led team working closely with trade unions, making a tangible difference to people’s working lives. You’ll have the freedom to lead, the support to grow, and the opportunity to influence outcomes that matter.

Who we are looking for…

  • Strong experience across employment law, including complex litigation
  • Confidence handling ET advocacy and managing cases independently
  • A passion for delivering outstanding client care
  • Proven ability to coach, guide and develop others
  • Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
