OUR CLIENT Well established boutique law firm THE ROLE We have a new vacancy for a 2-4 PQE Employment Lawyer to join an established team The successful candidate will manage a mixed workload with a significant level of client contact Responsibilities will include: Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law issues Running Employment Tribunal claims, drafting pleadings, witness statements, and negotiating settlements Drafting employment contracts, service agreements, policies and handbooks. Managing client relationships and delivering clear, commercial advice Participating in business development THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have a solid employment law background Applicants will ideally have experience handling Employment Tribunal litigation independently The firm is known for its collaborative culture and client centred approach, offering high-quality legal services within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
