At Zen Energy Group, we’re building a fast-growing European renewable energy platform — developing, acquiring and operating solar, wind, hydro and battery storage assets across Europe.
Our growth strategy is underpinned by a secured pipeline, long-term contracted revenues through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and active electricity trading on the Day-Ahead Market (DAM).
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys getting into the details and making things happen. As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in financial modelling, project finance structuring, debt sourcing, and capital raising — working closely with the CFO and engaging directly with lenders, investors and advisers.

What we’re looking for (the essentials)
- 5+ years’ experience in project finance, infrastructure or renewable energy
- Strong experience in non-recourse debt structuring and lender negotiations
- Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel essential; VBA/Python advantageous)
- Proven track record of closing complex financing
- Solid understanding of European energy markets and PPA-backed
- Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
