Senior Contracts Manager – Residential Developer – Maidenhead
We are recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to join a well-established residential developer delivering high-end new build homes and apartments in Maidenhead and the surrounding areas.
This is a senior leadership role overseeing multiple live sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high-quality finish. You will manage Site Managers and project teams while maintaining strong commercial and operational control across developments.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing multiple residential new build developments
- Managing Site Managers and site teams
- Programme and delivery oversight
- Commercial and budget control in conjunction with Commercial team
- Maintaining build quality to high-end standards
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all sites
- Reporting to senior leadership and board level
Requirements:
- Proven experience with a residential developer
- Strong track record delivering new build houses and apartments
- Experience managing multiple sites simultaneouslyExcellent leadership and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
